CANCELLATION
POLICY In the event of cancellation: • 25% cancellation fee of the value of the total stay if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival. • 50% of the value of the total stay, if cancelled less than 30 days prior to date of arrival. • 100% of the value of the total stay if cancelled 7 days or less prior to date of arrival or “no show”. • The full extent for the stay will be charged in the event of a premature departure. This is not dependant on Leisure Isle Lodge occupancy level. • Guests are advised to take out travel insurance. • Please note: NO VERBAL cancellation will be accepted. All cancellations are to be faxed or emailed directly to Leisure Isle Lodge. • All accommodation to be pre-paid prior to guest arrival. Rates do not include the 1% tourism Levy. |
