The above rates include full English breakfast, exclude 1% SA Tourism Bed levy • Children 12 plus welcome @ full rate p/p/s. • Extra person in room accommodated on a single bed moved into the room. (Lagoon facing only) • Tour Guides are charged the standard single rate less commission
• Lunch and Dinner are extras, a-la-carte menu available. • Commission off above Rack rates excluding 1 % bed levy
 

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of cancellation:

  • 25% cancellation fee of the value of the total stay if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival.

  • 50% of the value of the total stay, if cancelled less than 30 days prior to date of arrival.

  • 100% of the value of the total stay if cancelled 7 days or less prior to date of arrival or “no show”.

  • The full extent of the stay will be charged in the event of a premature departure. This is not dependant on Leisure Isle Lodge’s occupancy level. Guests are advised to take out travel insurance.

  • Please note NO VERBAL cancellation will be accepted.

 


 

  • All cancellations are to be faxed or emailed directly to Leisure Isle Lodge.

  • All accommodation to be pre-paid 30 days prior to guests’ arrival. All payments can be made to:
